Optimally Organic, Inc. makes every effort to ensure your order ships correctly. If, however, you receive an incorrect shipment, contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt of your order so we may assist you.
All Sales are Final. Optimally Organic does not provide refunds, exchanges or returns on any product, under any condition(s). This policy is in effect due to the perishable nature of our products, to protect the integrity of our Organic Whole Foods and related accessories from any contamination and/or product tampering, and to protect Optimally Organic against any fraud and/or product theft. Any and all refused orders will be credited less a 20% restocking fee, freight, shipping and handling charges.
